Questions founders actually ask

Before you sign up

What's the difference between the monthly and annual billing cycle?
The per-repo rate is the same either way — $29 per connected repository per month, or $290 per connected repository per year — so annual is just 10x monthly instead of 12x, which gives you the 2-month discount. Annual is paid up-front for every connected repo on the account; the toggle on /pricing only changes the cadence that is displayed next to the price. Nothing else about your review pipeline, repo scope, or SLA changes when you switch.
What is your refund policy?
You can cancel at any time from the billing dashboard. Monthly cancellations take effect at the next renewal — we do not refund the current period because we have already incurred the review and infra cost for it. Annual plans are refundable pro-rata within the first 30 days; after that, the plan runs through the paid-up year and you keep access until it ends. Enterprise contracts follow the cancellation terms in your signed order form, not this default.
What does each tier include — and what does it not include?
Free covers a solo maintainer: 1 connected repo, 50 PRs reviewed per month, and community support on a best-effort basis — no SLA, no SAML. Team covers a working engineering group: 10 connected repos, 500 PRs reviewed per month, up to 20 reviewers per repo, a 1-business-day email SLA, and SAML available as an add-on. Enterprise covers organizations: unlimited PRs, unlimited repos, unlimited reviewers per repo, a 1-hour SLA, and SAML plus SCIM included, with a dedicated CSM. No tier ships an on-prem appliance, and no tier charges per reviewer seat — usage is metered by connected repos and PR volume, not by the number of humans on your side.
What does 'save 2 months on Annual' actually mean?
It is a straight arithmetic saving, not a separate loyalty scheme. Monthly is $29 per repo per month, so 12 months of monthly billing is $348 per repo per year. Annual is $290 per repo per year, paid once for the year — that is a $58 difference per repo per year, which is the same as two months of the monthly rate. The discount is already baked into the Stripe prices for the Team plan; there is nothing extra to stack, no promo codes, no negotiation. If you start monthly and switch to annual mid-cycle, the next invoice reflects the change.

FAQ

Common questions

What counts as a connected repository?
A single GitHub or GitLab repository you have authorized VeriFlow to monitor. Each plan includes a number of connected repositories — Free ships 1, Team 10, and Enterprise Unlimited — and you can swap them at any time without losing review history.
How does per-repo pricing work?
Team plan pricing is $29 per connected repository, billed monthly. Switch to the annual cycle from /pricing and the rate drops to $290 per repo per year — a 2-month discount over the monthly plan. You can add or remove repos at any time and the next invoice reflects the change prorated to the day.
Can we trial Enterprise features before committing?
Yes. Reach out via Talk to sales and we will set up a 30-day evaluation that includes SSO, audit logs, and unlimited repositories so you can validate the fit.
